Does WordPress realize that they’re asking me to do by writing about my next read? I’ll try to contain myself.

Hello, I am Jasmine and I am a bibliophile. I love being in libraries, bookstores, and I have filled many of the free spaces in my room with books. I spend more money on books than I like to admit. To alleviate that, I started using the library more, and have gotten to a point where I have memorized the 16 digit number that is assigned to my library card. In case you didn’t get it, I am a pretty avid reader. Not too long ago, I wrote a blog post where I reviewed an author and their books, so go check that out. 😉

I always set a goal of how many books I want to read, but I don’t know what those books will be. I am a disorganized reader, and I am usually reading more than one book, so I just let the books lead me. I just started a new read today, Winter’s Orbit by Everina Maxwell.

I just finished The Kingmaker series by Kennedy Ryan. It was very powerful in a way that no other romance novel has ever been for me. I immediately bought The Grip Trilogy, another series that she wrote, and I think I’ll start those as soon as they arrive.

But on the other hand, I also just read All Systems Red by Martha Wells, which is a part of The Murderbot Diaries. These books are pretty short so far, so I plan to pick up the next book in the series, Artificial Condition, and read it swiftly.

I have so many other books on my list. Two of which will debut later this year, but I think for now I have my plate full. Happy reading fellow bloggers!
